My Karate Kid June 13th 2008

Talia is now taking Karate classes and absolutely loves it. She gets lots of energy out and really follows her instructor’s direction well and with vigor. You may wonder why I would put her into Karate classes, well it was only because she asked me to do so, over and over and over. Where did she get such an idea you may wonder?…..Talia loves to read so we make a weekly trip to the Library to pick out 10-15 books for the week. One of her favorite books has been “The Seven Chinese Sisters”. She loves it not only because they are all sisters, but also because they are each REALLY good at one thing. One of the sisters is great at Karate. So she decided she wanted to be great at it too and in order to do so she would need to take lessons. There you have it. My sweet girl is going to be able to kick some booty.
