Always remember to Thank God for blessings

A friend of mine always say one must look for “the Miracle of the day” every day because the Lord always gives you at least one a day. I try to always do this. Some days are much easier to see than others, and today was one of those days for me. I try to always pray before I am going to drive somewhere for the Lords protection and for my alertness and did so today before jumping into the car to take a ride to the Dr. office. David also felt inclined to tell me to be careful with the breaks and tires on the truck because they are a bit worn. He is always conscientious of me, but today he mentioned it two or three times before I left. On the way home, I was driving slowing and aware and a car on the freeway suddenly slammed on their breaks…I slammed on my breaks (which did not work too well) and the tires shrieked and the tires burned smoke and I nearly missed the car in front of me by about 5 feet. If I had not held such a big distance between my car and the car in front of me in the first place, I would have hit him for sure. I am so thankful for a God that watches over my family and protects us from harm when he can.
