Halloween 2009 - LAVA GIRL & Lil' Red Ridding Hood

Miranda had the opportunity to wear a more than 20 year old costume that belongs to her Tia Diana who wore it on her 1st B-Day. She looked adorable and LOVED her trick or treating experience. We have a little one who has discovered she LOVES candy!!! Miranda would walk up to the door and in her tiny voice say "peas" before choosing 1 little piece of candy to add to her bag and then say "tank to" and walk away with a smile. Too fun! I love having two beautiful girls!

For Talia the "Lava Girl" costume was a must! She loves 'The adventures of Shark Boy and Lava Girl'. We recently discovered the movie on Disney channel, although it came out several years ago. Knowing this I began the search for a costume early, but found nothing but a few bad attempts selling for far too much on ebay. So with some help from my mom I decided to make Talia her very own Lava Girl costume. She loved it!! Her favorite part was the "lava lights" we sewed in to the y on her chest that she could turn on and off.

Chipmok face!!!

Can we say grape face? These two little chipmonks were storing grapes for the summer while splashing around at the down town fountains. It was really fun to play with our friend Anne Marie!

Going for a scooter ride!

While going for a walk/scooter ride with the girls, Talia saw these flowers and thought they were gorgeous and matched her perfectly and insisted on posing for a pic. Later on during the scooting, she got tired of riding her scooter and decided to carry it home. What a silly girl.
